Cricket service in LA?

I am shopping around for a good MVNO and Jump mobile was at the top of my list. But when I checked if they offered service in my area, LA, CA, they didn't. I have 3 more months until I need to switch, and am really sad that a lot of the good prepaid services like Jump aren't offered in my area. Does anyone know if they are going to offer service soon in LA? or if they are just going to stay a regional carrier?

i doubt that cricket is going to LA because MetroPCS is going there. MetroPCS offers nearly identical service, but i'm not sure if they have a prepaid option like jump.

If you are not planning on leaving your local calling area, I'd say Jump mobile is the best prepaid service around. I use Jump as my business line for my Ameriplan business. all my clients can get a hold of me and I don't have to worry about minutes. All incoming minutes are free.

yes, Jump mobile is one of my other services I am leaning towarRAB, but the thing is, they ALSO dont offer service in my area

March 2007 metroPCS should be up and running. It is a lot like Cricket, $45/mo. Unl. Minutes, Unl. Text and Picture Messaging. No contract or credit check and the first month is free.
