Cricket service down in San Marcos, tx?

My phone has been working fine all day, but now when I dial out, there is a pause then a busy signal. I have reset my phone and a OTA update. Still no luck. Just wondering if anyone in the austin area is having the same problem Cricket CS says there is nothing wrong and I have to goto a store, but im stuck at work right now...

Update! I can now use my phone again... dunno what happened.. But I can now surf the web on the phone without proxy settings! Now I can use my aim software and play poker online!! Same speeRAB, but atleast cricket is moving in the right direction.
 
some service went down for a while in areas giving people al circuits busy and then busy tones etc. I think cricket is upradeing more areas. my two cents
