After 1 day of service I went to return this internet, but they said I could only get back the money from the modem, not the internet. I am only using the service for skype and am getting a very bad connection. It is crazy. No download or anything. I called and did technical support and all, It does not even reach 1.4 Mbps. Do they not have to give a full refund after just 1-3 days of service? Is that legal? I hate the service. I have not seen it in their policy online, but I was told I could read it in store. I have only seen the policy on modem refund. They try to get me to go up to the $60 plan, with no faster download or upload speed.
