i have the samsung messager touch. ive had it since december and it barely started messing up. my clock freezes, like it says a time but its really 20 minutes later than it says. also when i type some of the letters dont type. also someone texted me 2 weeks ago and i still havent gotten it, it wasnt a pic mssg. do you think they will let me pick a different phone if i pay the deductible and difference? i do have the insurance.
