Cricket Phone as Modem... Extra Charges?

Searched and no luck... So I am using my fully flashed Voyager as a Modem on my computer and I'm successfully connected to the internet through my cricket internet... I was wondering if I would get any extra charges? or if there is a bandwidth limit?

Thanks for any help.

:^/ There will be no additional charge. For all I know, Cricket may not even be able to tell the difference, let alone do they care.

I've heard that there is a five gigabyte cap, and that after that the EVDO speed get throttled down to a slower one, but you're still able to use the Internet, just more slowly. However, I haven't run into that myself yet.

c'mon man...unlimited is unlimited

and the bandwidth limit has been explained by simple3 a nuraber of times in a few places

there is a limit, and it is 5gb, but they are prob not gonna cap your speeRAB unless you are really bad, so just don't use it to constantly dl lots of stuff...just surf

the limit applies to broadband carRAB. i don't believe there is an official stance on phones as modem since cricket phones don't support it and even if enabled you are going through the proxy which is already throughput limited for most traffic.

well then, don't tether with your Bell Canada service...

this is a cricket board, not Bell Canada...lol

btw- that guy is an idiot...i would have never paid that bill even if they were willing to take $3,195 instead of $85,000

what a tool!!!!!!!
