The way the program work was if they paid on time they got rewarRAB.
3-months-free acc or ring tone
6-moths-$50 off any phone
12-months-$100 off any phone
The trouble was that they had to go to the cooperate store to redeem it. So as a dealer we had to send our customer to there store to get an accessories or a different phone and we lost out on the profits of that sale.
Most of all if they were late the months start all over. You pay 10 months bill on time and late the 11 months you lose everything. We all know cricket customer pay late.

In response to the above poster:
regardless of the payment consistency of Cricket customers, if they were not directing them to the corp stores YOU would be giving the discount. Do you really want to have to give $50-100 discounts on phone sales? Thats a pretty big dip in your profit margin isnt it?

Thanks woof, never knew there were 2 cricket perks. I wish we could get the discount back like we get the rebates on the back end. Of course there is only a $58 profit margin on most phones. Are you in the fresno market or did your market try it also?
