Cricket Overnight Shipping?

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Cricket Communications "Free Overnight Shipping" that isn't real? They don't ship on the weekends AND their cutoff is 3:00 p.m. This means if you order at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday you won't get it until Tuesday or later. When you're waiting for your new telephone it is not a good feeling to find out it will take three times longer than you thought it would.

In my opinion that is not free overnight shipping.

Is that normal?
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thoughts and experiences would be welcome.
 
Yep, I've had a poor experience with Cricket and their "overnight shipping". The person who helped me sign up over the phone said that since the order was taken before 3:00 PM ET, my phone should arrive by the next day. I watched my order status online and no activity was updated since my phone was ordered the day before. Basically, this indicated that by the next day my phone hadn't even been shipped. (this is the middle of the week btw). Next day I encountered the same thing. My phone didn't even end up shipping until Friday and took until Monday to arrive. I ended up paying for about six days of service which I wasn't using. And to think I could've just gone in a store and picked up my phone and taken it home that day...ughh.
