Cricket Mobile Web issues (Clearmode Error)

I had that problem. I called in, didn't mention what phone I had and told them that my plan should include mobile web but it is not working and that I was getting that splash page saying I needed to upgrade. After not letting up, they put me on hold, came back and it was fixed :rolleyes:
 
Flashed Q9C. HTML plan (QA4) I was having problems accessing the old Cricket home page in that I would just get blank pages. Now tho, when I go to the new Cricket home page at:

http://mycricket.clearmode.com/branRABtoreBPPortal/go


It comes up just fine now. But, if I click on the weather icon or like search or a few other things, I get Mobile Web Unavailable, check back later...

So, I went down to the corp store yesterday and had my mobile web refreshed. Same thing. Funny thing was, the rep said I shouldn't have mobile web cuz I have an Evoke QA4 as my phone.

Trying to figure out where the problem is. My phone? All other sites, no problems. My account? Have it refreshed 500 gazillion times? Or something with the Cricket website? Screen cap attached...

I have a fully flashed cricket blackberry and the same problem was happening with me.. I had the cricket plan that included web access but the only page i could see was the cricket page and not facebook or google... I called cricket numerous times and they all told me the same thing "that it was because it was flashed and that they would just refresh my account" but i called one last time and told them to refresh my "wap internet plan"..she had no idea what i was talking about but after we kept trying she realized that the web feature was not added correctly..so she reactivated the web correctly and now it works perfect ;)..they dont really take out the time to help you so make sure they do...
 
I'll get this error every now and then when on my phone. Usually ill power off the phone and re power back on and it works again. BTW my homepage is Google. Also when tethering my phone it does the same thing. I just usually disconnect and reconnect and it fix it.
 
I have heard all kinRAB of problems as of lately. Seems their closing ports and **** on the network due to the new Blackberry and smart phone launnches

I had this problem with my Touch Pro 2 here in San Antonio.

I had it on my plan, and was paying for it, but I got the clearmode error due to it not actually being activated. I was authenticated and had proper user/pass ect.

I went to the store and told the tech the problem, and he had to call cricket and get MMS/WAP activated. I was fighting the issue for months, and that was all it was. I was a bit peeved considering that I had been paying for it all that time, but oh well. Thank God it worked.
