*CricKet Mafia* Calling Out the Fakes

If you have been here for a while you know that the "cricKet mafia" used to be a list of who was trustworthy and knew their stuff. It was no a list of the elite, but more so a guide to help you know where reliable information was likely to come from.

Now days many of the original mafia merabers have removed it from their sigs due to the growing amount of new people claiming mafia status without earning it. I myself have removed my mafia tag.

Well, enough is enough. We are cracking down now in an attempt to make the mafia official again; at least here on hofo. At this point there will a panel of the the oldest and trusted merabers setup to ensure that you are official when you add mafia to your sig. If you are not official and have mafia in your sig, then you will be added to the list of "Fakes" or "Fake Mafia."

Anyone can become mafia, but you must be a contributing meraber that has some real exploit to your name or has show consistently that you are here to help. There are no automatic ins.

We ask that everybody with a mafia signature (or people that would like one) to post here in this thread. This is regardless of previously being told to add mafia to your sig by anyone. You are welcome to include anything you would like to be considered, including links to helpful and/or informative posts you have made.

After posing here you will be told one of three things:
1. Keep up the good work and you will soon be mafia
2. You are mafia level-2 (entry level)
3. You are mafia level-1 (trusted level)

If you have mafia in your sig and do not post here we will kindly ask you to post for consideration. If you do not post, then we will make a determination without your input and yo may be added to the "Fakes" list.

Later, a thread will be started with the lists of approved meraber and "Fakes."

We have no control over craigslist of m-f, so please do not take mafia sigs to meant the same thing in those sites.

im not mafia, not tryin to be. just wanted to post that im givin my thx. i do try to help on the occassions that im on if i got the answer. most of my knowledge come from here and ppcgeeks. just wanted to say thx... :D

:^/ I was tapped on the shoulder by BerryIthird, and seconded (I think) by RandomWit, in my first tutorial, linked in my signature. I've only written one other tutorial, and they were both quite a while ago, though I have hacked other stuff since then and tried to be as helpful as I can be.

I have not been here long but I am aprreciative of all mafia efforts and exploits, hopefully I can learn enough to do my own exploit and contribute enough to become eligible for mafia status. And I can be trusted!
 
Don't know that I have contributed enough time here helping to be considered mafia but maybe someday. I respect all of you that have been here for years and taught all of us when we were noobs. I hope to someday share the same knowledge that most of you have.

28 posts from me may say I'm still a noob but I would disagree. I have helped way more through pm's here and other sites than actually posting in a thread. LG's Samsung's or Moto's if you need help then I can provide alot of knowledge there. But like I said earlier, without the original mafia, this wouldn't have been possible.
