Cricket Kyocera RIO help!?

I'm trying to put music on my new Kyocera RIO. I don't have a mini-usb cable or a micro sd card. My dad said I could use bluetooth. I have no idea how to use use bluetooth. I set my phone to connect to my laptop but how do I send the music? Can anyone help?
 
You can download the user manual, scroll down this links page..http://www.mycricket.com/cell-phones/details/kyocera-rio-e3100 download this user manual and go to the chapter on bluetooth etc.
You will need bluetooth headset too
