you should probably port out to metro. cricket will not be natively covering SF in the forseeable future...


also i don't have a full list of companies but i'm sure that Revol is one of them, they are probably also counting SureWest even though it overlaps metro coverage, and they may be counting LCW and ANB (and any other JV's I'm forgetting?) in that nuraber.
 
doesn't invalidate the agreement that cricket had with them... specifically under recent (last 12 months or so) fcc ruling that mergered companies must provide same access to former roaming parters or if they are unable to do that because of some network they must allow same roaming access across the corabined networks.
 
Unless they're adding CDMA to their PCS network, then Einstein isn't one of the 14 companies, as they're GSM. T-Mobile is their biggest roaming partner in Wisconsin. For Green Bay, the CDMA carriers are: Verizon, USCC, Sprint, & Cellcom. Maybe it's Cellcom, as they have coverage in Green Bay.
