Cricket EV-DO? When?

Ok so I've read everywhere that Cricket has recently upgraded their networks to EV-DO. well i don't notice anything different yet. I have an EV-DO capable phone. When will Cricket start offering stuff like Verizon does with their V-Cast service.

my understanding is the primary obstacle right now is signing up content partners. the network in most markets is already upgraded, just not turned on.

ahh i see. well thanks for that info. hopefully it'll be turned on soon. and i hope it's available in my market too.

So does this mean the when ev-do is turned on i can use my xv-6700 with it
