Cricket employee phone benefit?

I'm pretty positive that I'm going to be offered a full-time position with Cricket this week and was just curious as to whether or not Cricket employees generally get any sort of phone benefit, like discounted or free service? With or without roaming? If anyone knows, I'd appreciate it!
