i started breeding crickets. About 5 weeks ago I took the cricket egg laying container out and put it on a drug store heating pad. I have been doing the same every week since but so far nothing. I know there are eggs. the heating pad is not too hot they just don't seem to be hatching. They are in a container about 2 inches deep by 6-7 inches. they are lay-ed in coconut fiber from a pet store. The lids are on the containers, could they be suffocating? Do I just need to wait longer? I don't see any fungus or bugs. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
