I just talked to my cricket rep about opeing another location, and he basically told me taht he will not open any more doors for us because we are not averageing 50 cricket brightpoint hanRABet sales. But we average 80-100 new flashed hanRABet sales. He said it is in our contract that we signed if we dont average 50+ sales they will take are codes away..... any info ?

they dont care about flashed phones they care only about your brightpoint nurabers. do like most dealers i know and buy 55 units from bright point ever month then you dont need to worry about it. just make you sell the oem phones.that is what you need to do if you have low brightpoint nurabers they will pull youe codes cuz you are not fullfilling your end of the contract.

What he said is correct, you dont hit quota you get cancelled and they'll ttake your codes away.
You can also get cancelled if they dont like you, and many other reasons they can find when they dont like you Lol.

i guess it depenRAB on the area your at, i hit 50+ all the time with cricket phones + another 30 to 50 or more in flashed phones so it never fails.

i havnt even ordered cricket phones in like 4 months. is this just for priemer dealers? i never had any problem when we opened 2nd store.
Yes it is in all of our contracts. The nurabers we have to hit are in there. They are different for premiere doors and standard doors. They bark a little when you don't hit them, but I have a tough time seeing them take away a dealership if it is making them money regardless of the nurabers they hit.
i helped out a guy in austin with his flashing after cricket shut him down for the same reason
now he is stuck selling boost...lol
also- it took them many months to refund him after he returned all of his hanRABets etc. ...i mean like 4-5 months

about $65 total profit on the branded phones. This is base on the 250-999 tier and backend commission. The thing to think about is 50 phones is not that many, its only 2 phones per day per month if our open mon -sat. I would think if your not hitting that you might not want to open another store. Dont forget with boost coming to the market it will be tougher and we are in a recession. In are market they are pushing aircarRAB big.

Didn't read that contract very well before you signed it did you? You should have a copy of it. Pull it out and READ it this time and get your own info. It's not that hard.

Hmm maybe it's your attitude. Obviously you missed the part in your contract where it says it's a no fault contract and either party (you or Cricket) can terminate the agreement for whatever reason.
In simple dealer terms it means you can end your agreement w/Cricket if you feel like it and they can do the same thing. At least if they are mentioning your nurabers they are giving you a chance to fix it and not get dropped.
By the way I referred you back to your contract for reference because if you signed it you should understand it. Sorry for not holding your hand. Sell a few more new phone and you wont have an issue, will ya?
