Is there any time during the day that we can call Cricket customer service and speak with someone from the U.S.? Is all of Crickets customer care outsourced out of the country?

What do you need done? Probably best to go to the marketplace here and have a company do it for you.

Are you racist? Seriously, I have never had a problem with any of the customer care representatives that I have spoken to. Yes, they may have an accent, but it's not like they are impossible to understand. Plus, I still stand by my previous comment when you were complaining about this before: you are not going to need to call customer care that often (if ever, for most people) because the service is Unlimited and you can make changes to your account on the web site.

When I was with AT&T, I spoke to customer care quite frequently due to billing issues. My monthly total would often change and I would have to call and get certain charges reversed (or beg for mercy when a small overage resulted in large penalties). There were many many times when the person who picked up the phone at AT&T did not sound like an American citizen. But I didn't say to myself "Oh God, I can't handle this at all" and hang up out of desperation. I would talk to them, and they would help. Why not give this a shot?

Like Isriam, I'm curious to know what exactly it is that you need. Or are you just trolling?

I have had Cricket for over three years and have had to call their customer service three times. When I did get through, the rep was difficult to understand. But I was patient.

I spent some time overseas myself. I know what it is like to not be able to speak with the locals fluently. Therefore, I am patient with people who don't speak the same language we do.

Also, a quick note: Yelling at the rep doesn't make them understand you better. They hear you just fine, they just don't understand you.

Soory didnt know this was a sore spot for all of you.. Is it to much to ask to speak with soemone thats in the same country as the service I'm using?? If you consider that racist then I think you need some more education... Why should I the paying customer have to take my time and speak slowly because the person on the other end is sitting in some other country and does not quite understand me?
