Cricket customer service problem.. you to?

So i call up cricket yesterday to do an esn change, i wanted to switch the my chocolate 8550, they tell me its a c.p.e phone (customer provided equipment), i gave them the meid and they then tell me we are no longer using flashed flashed phones with cricket, so i then hang up call again and a new person does the esn change for me... wierd??
 
some of them are idiots.... i've had dealer support tell me that all esn's begin with "0" and refuse to even try esn's that start with other nurabers regardless of whether it ws a cricket hanRABet or aflash phone...
 
are you serious lol... im a new cricket customer i wouldnt know but i mean i had it for a week i like it but crickets customer service is :befuddled
 
Bingo! those other companies can keep their high quality customer support. I'll take my low monthly fee and all my included features over that any day. Besides, that's what the website it for :)
 
$5 or $10???

t-mobile which is the closest priced competitor charges twice as much for the same unlimited service cricket offers! granted they do also have a larger calling area but it all kind of goes together. what company offers the same unlimited service cricket does for $5-$10 more with better customer care? i'm really interested to know.
 
Move to Canada. They have really cheap plans. Unlimited talk and text for like $20/mo. although I can't seem to remeraber the name of the company(ies). Would be another perk that's almost inline with the other benefits of being Canadian. Long way to move for a cell phone plan though. I just wish these companies would move into town. I'm a cheapskate. Gotta be these days. As far as I'm concerned, a cell phone is only worth about $20/mo. anyhow.
 
please let me know which company this is? the major canadian companies charge about the same as the major us companies... except the standard contract is 3 years instead of and they rape you on data plans...

It figures. I never bookmarked the site, but I remeraber thinking to myself at the time, "Damn! Why can't we have someone like this move into the states?"
 
Hey, I'm not saying there is one, just that I would be willing to pay for it that is all. I've been contemplating going to a bigger brother but paying 64 bucks a month is much better then the sprint everything 99...but I would be willing to pay 75 for better CS and slightly better coverage (or more roaming minutes).
 
I lived in Canada and the cell phone plans are terrible. I don't know about what you are referring to. But the Canadian cell market is like the OPEC. They all raise their prices together and there is no Cricket that you can have as another option. Telus, Rogers and Bell is all there is. Also when you sign up for a new plan/phone you HAVE to sign a 3 year contract to get the phone at a discounted price. Unlike the in the US where it is only 2 years. Anyways I hate to rant but Canadians get screwed over on cell phone rates.

Like I said, I never bookmarked the site. It was honestly like a year ago when I sturabled upon it, and I still can't find it so I will retract my statement from above. But now I'm gonna continue to look just the same, just like when I was challenged by some frienRAB to find some albino porn online, which has been an impossible task to date.
 
Impossible...psssttt I have access to albino porn right now. I work for the largest PPV Adult Content provider in the world. It's out there my friend.

Let me restate that, if you give me a day I can find it for you. I know we have it because I walked by one day when it was being captured to be uploaded to our servers. It was a sort of big deal around the office.
