Cricket Coverage in San Diego and Ramona

Anyone in San Diego area? I live in Ramona and work in Kearny Mesa. I am curious how the coverage is and if there are lots of dropped calls. I am thinking of switching from Verizon to Cricket.

I live in clairemont and work in kearny mesa and have no problems other than concrete buildings like at&t offices or parking garages. No dropped calls ever.
 
Thanks Isriam. Do you ever travel to Ramona or outer areas? I read in the paper Cricket was putting up a tower in Ramona but haven't seen it materialize yet. My house is somewhat rural and even Verizon coverage is spotty, so I know I'm asking for a lot.
 
I don't even know where ramona is :)

i click onto roaming once i head up I-15 towarRAB escondido. i also hit roaming crossing the last bridge in oceanside. we roam on verizon here, so i always have some coverage. actually i think we roam on sprint and verizon.

you can try cricket for like 3 days or 30 minutes. maybe buy a phone, take it home, and see how the bars look. if its bad, take it back :P
 
Okay, good idea to try it out. Can you recommend a dealer in Kearny Mesa?

Ramona is out east - kinda inland between Poway and Escondido. It's on the way to Julian. Better real estate deals out there and lots of peace and quiet.
