Cricket CAPTR phone????????

I have that black Cricket captr flip phone, and I also have a USB for it to plug into the computer. Every time I plug it in, the computer makes a weird noise, but nothing pops up. I wanna upload pictures to the computer off of my phone. I can't send picture messages idk why, it just won't let me. It's pretty gay sometimes, but whateve. I just need help on what to press whenever I plug it in. 10 points, thanks -Shay
