People have had some level's of success with this, The reason is that from what i understand Verizon isn't allowing porting of nuraber's due to the mass amount of money that Amp'd hasn't paid to verizon. So as of right now, Amp'd is already closed, You can still make a call but the executive office's are empty, If there not empty than there in the process of selling off there remaining assets. If Amp'd still has Customer support open you can try calling them but i wouldn't get my hope's up. Most likely you'll have to get a new nuraber. This is why i would have ported my nuraber earlier, Like a week earlier.
