Cricket cant call long distance

I have a customer who can only call local long distance. She cant call out of state. They seam to think its the phone. We are trying another phone. Any ideas?

call support. I had an issue with someone that couldn't call certain local nurabers. support will be able to resolve this at some level(may require trouble ticket)

Well it turns out it was a network problem. But not after getting cussed out by the lady saying it was our phones. :crying:
