cricket a310 cell phone how to turn off etiquette mode?

I've seen many answers to just hold down the number key (#). From what screen do I hold down this key? In another response, it was stated from Standby Mode, you hold down the number key. This is assuming that the user know what standby mode is.
 
just hold down the very bottom right key that has a picture of a phone and an envelope. just did it on mine and it worked :)

To the indivdual that posted a response to the question about Etiquette Mode on 4/20/11 at 12:11 a.m., I just want to say thanks for the information. I have been on the phone with Cricket since 6:55 p.m. trying to figure this out and no one I spoke to knew the answer.
