I have the $50 cricket unlimited plan, with the unlimited 411 calls. I used the 411, three times tonight and I have to say its quick and really nice to have. After finding your listing they automaticly connect you (without any aRAB, unlike alltel's 411) and they will send you a text message with the name, nuraber and address to the listing your looking for! After finding this out I thought i would share it with you all. :hehehe:

I agree. and i also find it worth it when considering that on other carrier's like T-Mo they charge 1.39/per 411 call.

So, If you called 411 5 times in a month, Then you'd be paying more than what Cricket charge's for there unlimited 411 service (Which is alot better than T-Mo's as well)

oh yeah. verizon is $1.49 per 411 call. the $50 cricket plan with the unlimited 411 is quite the deal, provided you can live with their coverage (which is pretty good where i'm at.)

FYI,

Google offers an ad free 411 service that is completely free to us (since we have unlimited calling). Works with any cricket plan.

Is completely automated and uses voice recognition. Works stunningly well. Give it a shot!

Edit: They text you on request too!

In theory. Have you ever managed to actually get a text from Google 411 on Cricket? I haven't. In fact, Cricket's SMS doesn't seem to work with very many online based services at all. No Twitter, for example. Or Paypal Mobile, or AIM IM Forwarding (though the shortcodes work), or Google SMS queries.

And you were able to verify your Cricket nuraber with AIM? When I try I get a text message from Cricket saying that they're not participating in that event at this time. When I try to register pretty much anything, actually.
