Well, call forwarding now works... but I still get a message saying that my balance is too low to make a 411 call. I'm on $60 plan and should have free unlimited use of 411. Any ideas? Cricket people say that it's on my account and then say they don't guarantee that any or all features will work on a flashed hanRABet... end of discussion.
 
Call Cricket and have them verify your features. You may have an OLDER $60 plan. Call customer service to be sure.

411 calls have absolutely NOTHING to do with a phone being flashed or not!

Tried several times with CS...even changed to $60 plan last month to see if it would fix problem, as unlimited 411 is not available on $50 plan in all markets.
 
Add a buck into the flex bucket. Sometimes things dont work unless you have a small balance in the flex bucket. It won't pull from it, it just gets past there money check.
 
You can also use 1-800-free-411 and store it in your contacts as 411 and drop your plan down and save yourself $5.00 a month.
