Creepy McDonalds ad.

Has anyone recently seen a very creepy McDonalds ad? It features strange claymation animals, a weird looking boy, and a farm house. What was it advertising anyway? I would really like to know what they were smoking when they came up with that ad! Has anyone seen it? It is sooo creepy!

they've got one like it for the girls, featuring a little girl who just got the training wheels taken off her bicycle, and she's zooming from here to Africa to the nearest McDonald's (with a menagerie of African animals stampeding behind her).

I miss "Bebe Bau had a list..." The music's still stuck in the back of my head.

The Bebe birthday ad and the apple tree ad both have amazing songs that go with the commercials, like the kind of songs that you find yourself humming throughout the day and people ask you what your humming and your too shy to explain. Nice new animation initiative in these commercials, there has been 4 or 5 of them so far but each individual one doesn't seem to last that long until a new one comes out.

Anyways, I find this latest crop of ads quirky and unique, but I'm not creeped out by them. I find the one with the girl and her bike kind of interesting, not only because I find the music in it to be kind of entertaining, but also because the girl appears to be mulatto; her parents are only on-screen briefly, but it looks like she has a white mother and a black father. If that's the case, it shows just how far we've come where an interracial family is depicted in a commercial but the fact that they're interracial isn't the main focus of the spot.
