creepy man , dont know what to do?

There is a middle aged man at my work who gives me the creeps. He does thing like touches me waist, pushes me, whips me with towels, gets me in headlocks, punches me, rubs my back and shoulder and says really sick sexual things to me. On one occasion he managed to pull my top over my shoulder so you could see my underwear and has tried to pull my pants down claiming he is only playing, and i was standing there in my undies trying to get him to let go of my pants. He really scares me, and he only does these thing when we are alone, i try to avoid him, but he always sneaks up on me. he is well in his 30's and he is a big man and i am just 16 i don't know what to do he makes me feel really uneasy. i have tried ignoring him, yelling at him but he never stops. no one ever see what he does, he makes sure of that. does this count as sexual harassment i really don't want to go back to work.
