This really creepy guy who always tries to flirt with me (and fails miserably), is going to ask me to prom. He says gross things and makes me feel VERY uncomfortable, and I'm definitely saying no. How can i say no if he asks me publicly? privately? I don't want to hurt his feelings, though.
