Creepiest Anime Character

This thread idea kinda came to me on accident.

Was looking up shows that aired on Adult Swim through the years and stumbled across an anime I forgot all about named "Paranoia Agent" and I remember how creepy the main antagonist "Lil Slugger" was. Not sure if this is the creepiest character I've stumbled across but he's definitely up there.

So let's hear your suggestions and maybe you can jog my memory and I can think of a creepier one.
 
edit: L'il Slugger (scerred me) the only episode I ever watched of that anime was of him just bashing someones brains in.

Anyway, not many people watch this anime, but Cossette from 'Le Portrait De La Petit Cossette'.
 
Akabane-sama is so not creepy~! In fact, he's really cute, especially when he bullies Ginji. lmao And did you see him in Episode 04? OMG, what (hawt) body~!

OT: Ushiromiya Maria from Umineko no Naku Koro ni is definitely creepy. I mean, what kind of child suddenly changes attitude like that and laughs like a deramged witch!? And when she's normal, she's not creepy, she's annoying. I understand her mom *****-slapping her over and over when she does her 'Uuuu' stuff...
 
Hahahaha... I forgot about Snake Man. Yeah, he's pretty creepy. He's even more creepier in the games when he does that chakra seal with his tongue.
 
the creepiest anime character is maka alburn from soul eater when she's insane. I wish she was always insane though..actaully that would just ruin the whole story of soul eater, but still, insane!maka is so awesome I love her. Almost as much as eruka the frog witch from the same anime..
