Me and my friends (guys and girls) went to a restaurant, and I noticed a man taking pictures. At first not directed at us, but then I caught him taking a direct picture of my face. We yelled at him to stop taking pictures and replied "Why didnt you smile?" We alerted the waitress and the manger tasked him to delete them, the waitress said "Hes been here all day taking pictures of the workers." But he just had gotten his food but was here all day? Is this a cop, a private eye, what? Advice please.
