Creep

Saw this last night... so bad its untrue! Plot holes everywhere... so many unexplained things.... and just a rubbish story too to cap it all off.

I've not seen it, but I don't get it. Why did no-one let her out? They have security cameras underground?! Plus they have police and transport for london hobby bobbys ...

Stupid premise, not going to watch it!

I thought it was OK!
Yes, there were a lot of plot holes which were really annoying and you just kept thinking, 'Yeah, as if...'.

Also, Franka Portente (or whatever her name is) ruined the film for me. She was so...dead and emotionless.

Could've been a really good movie, but I still don't feel like I wasted my time watching it. :)

I wish I had taken all your advice. I had the misfortune to see this last night. Yet another horror dud. Dreadful nonsensical script, appalling acting (especially from the Creep itself), and the handful of 'boo' moments were totally derivative.
Don't waste your dollars on this rubbish. How on earth does stuff like this still get released.
Sadly, from the trailers, Boogeyman and Hide and Seek also look pretty rank too.
Not a great start to the year for horrorfans.

I also agree, what a load of pants!! Why on earth did the silly girl not just phone the police from the payphone / hit the fire alarm is beyond me. One good thig about it was I saw the trailer for hide and seak, now that does look good. I only really went to se creep as I live in London. Not to sure about the ring2? I think it might only be worth going to see to get scared not as to watch the sequal to the ring. (if that make sence)

Saw the 'Making of' doc the other day. All this talk of it being an original idea apparently inspired by that scene in An American Werewolf in London.
Pah! They conveniently neglected to mention Death Line which is on Sky Movies every day it seems.
Surely Donald Pleasance's finest moment.
"Miiiind the dooors!"

I quite enjoyed Creep. Yes it isnt very original but it definately had a very raw edge to it.. I thought the guy who played "the creep" was good. How else are you supposed to potray a deformed murdering cannibal?

the only good thing about it was that it was set on the underground, i went on the underground at about 11 coming back from going to see it and it really wasn't a pleasurable experience.

lol, i had the best seats in the house too...... lol, my house, as i watched it 5 mins after i downloaded it.......... it was good but it was shit.......... but it was scary and it was shit........... im glad i didnt pay to see it........... or would have just been shit......... altho i liked the creep dude....... he was funny!! :D :D :D

I thought it was excellent. I'm surprised so many of you have negative comments!

Most movies nowadays are gory crap but this was like a film they used to make in the 80's - a true shocker. THese days they just aint so good and we all expect more.

Or maybe I'm being a boring old fart turning into me dad lol

Didn't like this myself, very poor and could have been so much better, too many cliches. It thought it was better than it was, shame really..............

Yeah I missed Creep when it was in the cinema but my frienRAB went to see it and said it was a rubbish laughable horror film. One of them even said it was worse than Jeepers Creepers 1 and 2 but I dont believe it is possible to make a worse horror films than those two films. So I think I will be avoiding Creep when it comes out on DVD!
