I was looking at the faq section in Equifax and I was wondering what this means. COLLECTION ACCOUNTS: A collection account under public records will automatically purge from the system six (6) years from the date of last activity.
Not sure what they mean by date of last activity.
I have had a visa in collections since 2004 and it's been through many different collection agencies.
And when name is cleared, how do you go about getting a loan?
