I've got a Top Round roast, 1.53lbs, sold as a London Broil. However, I don't want to prepare it as a London Broil this time.
Problem is I don't know what I DO want to do with it. Is this cut of meat appropriate for shredded beef (to go on sandwiches/enchiladas)? What else can I do with it? Please post a recipe with specifics - I'm an engineer, not a culinary artist! I follow specific directions well, but without them I will be lost in the kitchen!
