T Tine New member Oct 3, 2009 #1 As a snack: GORP (Good ol' raisins and peanuts). I use assorted cereals with high fibre, nuts with protein and dehydrated fruits like bananas. The energy you gain from one or two handfuls is really surprising. Good luck on your trip!
