For track and field, i have four events that I do on average. pole vault, hurdles, triple jump, and long jump. With my weekly work out schedual for these i feel like i am neglecting both hurdles and long jump, which is bad because i want to do well in hurdles and i know it is a fairly complex event and also needs to be practiced to improve. The only issue is my main event is pole vault, which is the one im focusing on and even that coach thinks im not giving enough time over there. I dont want to give up any events, so that is not an option, and as of now i only get to practice from 3:30 to 5:30 or as long as the coaches will stay after school, and i dont want to get too tired. right now my schedual is monday: pv, tuesday: triple/long, then hurdle afterword, wednesday: pv, thursday: triple/long then hurdle, and friday: pv if we dont have a meet... i would do stuff after pv but the problem is we have alot of vaulters just starting so we havent weeded them out yet and so it takes from the beggining of practice till after 5:30 to get what i want to get done and after that im fairly exhausted... help? by the way im a junior in high school if that helps...
