creating faves with new update

Hey i got the new update done for my htc magic
Still got no data useage yet, but.......
How the hell do i save contacts in my favourites on the new software
Used to be easy but now im lost

anyone?
 
You don't say which version of Android you used to have, and which version you have now, but I thought it was the same on all versions.

To mark a contact as a favourite, you simply "star" it. To do this, simply find the contact you want, and go into the contact to view the details. At the top right is a star. Press on the star (it will change from grey to gold) to toggle it as a favourite or not.
