Is it possible with Windows 7 to create a pop up notification on a successful log in that will display a message in a window .....without creating a script...with 2003 and 2007 i know its possible in MMC . Windows 7 Home Premium i want to make a pop up stating computer policies for all users on the local machine which is not part of a domain
