Creating a new ALT group?

I tried following this guide: http://nylon.net/alt/#cmsg
I'm of course skipping sending to alt.config as I've read that's not really necessary.

But I'm getting this error message:

That doesn't really say much, specially as it doesn't seem to be incorrect.

Here's the post I'm trying to send:

From: [email protected] (Quasit)
Newsgroups: alt.binaires.XYZ
Control: newgroup alt.binaires.XYZ
Subject: cmsg newgroup alt.binaires.XYZ
Summary:
Expires:
Approved: [email protected]
Sender: [email protected]
Followup-To: poster
Reply-To: [email protected]
Distribution:
Comments: Newgroup submitted by Quasit.

For your newsgroups file:
alt.binaires.XYZ DVDR with swesub.

I've also tried adding the group with my Astraweb account, but nothing has shown up and I tried adding it on 23rd.
 
I did that Thursday as I wrote in my first post, but it hasn't shown up. So I contacted Astraweb Friday (over 24h after submitting the group) but they haven't bothered to answer.
Not answering email was one of the reasons I changed ISPs. I guess Astraweb want me to change Usenet provider.
