created a horn cover

So, I'm banging around on the web looking for new shiz and come across a web site with horn covers in the 200 bill range(inspiration) thinking to my self, "self?" you can do that and I come up with this. Harley round horn cover and finned timing cover to match engine fins. I was originally going to go with the Mo Co stuff to match everything else on the bike but went with this to match the jugs. easy enough to change out using any timing cover. pix show the original "cow bell" and my "creation". Even with stealer parts a bargain versuses other offerings. anyway.....whatdo ya think?

I made this one for my bike with a round horn cover and a skull medallion stuck to it.

I did the very same thing for my Ultra. Round cover, and thats a gas cap medallion right?

PS maybe not a gas cap medallion on second look. I used a cap madallion. Round on round no flat spot at bottom

I drilled mine out. Black head screws and lock washers and nuts on the back. no clearance issues. loctite all the way around of course.

There was a guy on EBAY selling something similar to this for huge money. There was never a HD 100th anniversary horn cover. There is a 100th anniversary part for everything else, I don't know how they missed the horn, but I digress.

When I replaced my windshield with a new one, I removed the emblem and got a 40 dollar horn cover from the Multi Fit wall and made my own.



it matches the open element air cleaner cover on the other side
