i want to know if it is possible to make an interactive wallpaper for the itouch/iphone. what i mean by this is, i would be able to touch the itouch/iphone dock screen and something will happen in the background
for example theres the app called Volt where if u touch the screen electricity is displayed
i just want to be ale to use the app as a wallpaper if that is making any sense
