what is the best way of creating an email newsletter in outlook, i cannot seem to find a way of switching into html creation mode.
thanks JB... i actually just needed to switch it into HTML mode to create the design etc i needed, i have found through another source that this is not possible through Outlook 2007, cheers anyway
