Creamy Rich Chocolate Coffee Drink

I love this drink. I make it now by mixing all of the stuff together
to make a syrup, and then mixing the syrup with the water and milk
later.

Here's the mix for the syrup:

(By weight)

2 grams Xanthan Gum
1.5 grams Cocoa
60 grams of Hills Brothers Cappuccino Double Mocha powder
60 grams of Folgers Cappuccino Mocha Chocolate powder
12 ounces (liquid measure) of double strength brewed coffee

Then, you would use 12 ounces, or 380 grams of the syrup with:

32 oz of cold water
8 oz of milk
16 oz of ice

Blend well to reduce ice to liquid and enjoy!

This allows me to make a weeks worth without a huge container in the
fridge.

It is a little bit of a hassle to make, but once you taste it, you'll
understand.

I sometimes add a little Hershey's Chocolate Syrup to it before
mixing. It makes it a little more stronger chocolate taste.

Recipe is my own, and is also posted at:

Or you could make it easy on yourself and buy a can of Ghirardelli
Chocolate Mocha mix (mix with hot milk). :)

I tried a lot of mixes prior to inventing this one. The final taste of
this one is unique due to its mix of the two types of Mocha products.
Each has a distinct flavor difference.

Speaking of Ghirardelli....

When the Exorcist was premiered at the theater in Ghirardelli Square,
I was in line for tickets when a Orange Robed, cymbal smacking, bald
person came up to me and said he would like to make me a gift of some
incense. I thought; "well isn't that nice?". Well then he said, after
I had tucked the stick of incense into my shirt pocket, "Would you
like to donate any money to hoogy-boogy, (whoever his thing was) and I
said after checking; "No, I have no change on me". Well, he snatched
the incense out of my pocket and mumbled something at me and ran to a
point further in the line. Damn! That incense really smelled good too!
hahaha. I wonder how many times he sold that same stick.

Hare Krishna. It was a cultlike group. We used to have them all over

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Suck down your White trash concoction while contemplating your wasted

to say anything, no matter how mean about them.

Obviously Bryan has issues. At least I don't see his nonsense any more
