So my landlord walked in on me sleeping last weekend. She burst in screaming in my ear.

Fucking bitch, heres the story.

I had a few friends over we were listening to youtube music and drinking a 12 pack of heineken between the four of us.

My friends had to pee I let them use the bathroom. My landlord sleeps in the room across from it but its open to the hallway so she woke up.

She was pissed cause she saw strangers and was going to shoot them.

OK what the fuck I share a bathroom with you woman. Nowhere in the rental agreement does it say we cannot have friends over, or that they have to piss outside. No one has screamed at me like that, not even my parents. Plus she burst into the room im paying for, without even a knock.

I also forgot to mention shes batshit crazy. She is. No excuse for that still.

I'm not one to get angry over little things but this was big, I hadnt talked to her since.

Today she asked me to sit and talk with her, to which she states that I had to move out in a few days.
WELL today I found out I have 15 bucks in my bank. Wonderful, so what am I supposed to do? Luckily V3N is going to talk to her, but I am freaking out. She's a fucking bitch.

I got a new job by the way, at amazon. Woohoo I start in 2 weeks, ill be bankin. Ive been sick so my next paycheck will be fail, but when I start there, whoa buddy ill be fine, I just need a few more weeks... FUCK

What are the landlord laws in your state? Find them out ASAP. Google them or something. In the state of Oklahoma, she has to give you at least two weeks notice to move and I'm pretty sure it has to be an eviction notice. Again, find out your rights and good luck.
 
there was a lady in philly that saved her piss in jars for months , and when she moved out she coated everything in stale piss, walls floors ceilings , the property owners motorcycle and car. EVERYTHING.

I'm so sorry your landlord is a crazy woman on steroids! Wow! Seriously, go piss on her front door....or get V3N to do is as I'm sure he's got better aim.

All kidding aside, you really should warn her you are aware of the laws in your state and she has no right to force you to leave without at least 20 days notice. You did not break the laws of her domain that you were aware of and if I read Lioness' link correctly, you are allowed even longer than 20 days...90 maybe? because you did not break any agreements in the contract. If she did not clearly state to you the rules on friends and visitors, you were within your right to have them over. Disturbing the peace (or her peace) might be all she has on you if any of you were being loud. If she doesn't want you to live there anymore, fine, sounds like she's not a stable person anyway and you don't need that crap in your life. So, take the time she is required to extend to you and look for a new place. By the time you find a new place, hopefully your new job will be able to support at least the start of your rental payments.

Is there any bills in your name there? Reason I ask, you still probably got some say in shit because she basically verbally told you that you could live there. Verbal contracts can be binding. You need evidence that you do live there and have for quite some time though.
