Crappest Movie Villain

There's a thread about the best movie villain so I thought I'd ask people who they thought was the crappest movie villain! Who do you think was a really rubbish villain? Who totally failed to scare you? Who was the crappest?

My vote goes to Mr Silver from Karate Kid III.

Can't think of the character it was that un-memorable, but Jonathan Pryce's media mogul in Tomorrow Never Dies is a truly pathetic villain. About as scary as the Beano. They'd have been better off casting Rupert Murdoch.

Jonathan Pryce's media mogul in Tomorrow Never Dies starts out well, then enRAB up being a pantomime villian, there were times when I'm sure he just did things for dramatic effect or to make people go "boo hiss" and say "he's behind you!" and other non-related stuff.

Another ineffective villian was Michael Caine's easily forgettable "Michael Jennings" in "On Deadily Ground"... I mean, com'on.

Yes. The puns were absolutely cringeworthy. Why oh why did everything they say have to be a ridiculous pun?

God, that was a crap film. :D
