Crap sound in The Dark Knight

Went to see it last night at small local cinema with average sound system. Overall they had the sound balance just right but Gordon's closing speech was all but drowned out by the crashing music.
I resorted to lip reading when Oldman was on screen!
Anybody able to tell me what he actually said?
