Plot: A hit man (Statham) learns that a poison injected into his body will kill him if his heart rate drops slows a certain point. Now he must exact his revenge on the people who injected him before he takes his last breath.

Saw this tonight and really enjoyed it. You know what to expect from his kind of movies.
 
I've seen it too and think its one of the best action movies in ages. Ok its not gonna get your brain thinking but who cares? Its great for what it is, and thats a action packed movie.

Jason Stathams's never gonna play Hamlet or, let's be fair, any big dramatic role. But then he is never trying to play such parts in any film i've seen him in. As an action man with an attitude, he's good fun. Much like Steven Segal, Chuck Norris or the Governator. Keep them clear of the serious stuff and they can produce some good fun action flms.

Sometimes a bit of mindless action is good for you. Who'd want to watch hard drama non-stop!
 
More talent then you'll ever have my friend :p .. If he was such a talentless loser then he wouldnt have been accepted in movies like The Italian Job, Transportter 1 & 2 and so on.. My guess is that you might be the only loser in this as he Jason Statham is raking in millions while your earning the minimum wage :rolleyes: .. BACK onto the subject of Crank, excellent movie loved it.
 
Helbore I totally agree - sometimes a mindless action movie is just what you need!

The reviews I'd read hadn't been that good so I wasn't sure if going to see it just because Chester from Linkin Park is in it for a few seconRAB was worth it, but from what most of you have said it sounRAB like a fun action movie.

Thanks guys you've helped me decide its worth a look. ;)
 
It's Speed... on speed.

Turn off brain, watch Statham - the two things just go together. It's a great, fun action movie without pretentions.
