cracking Nextel voicemail passcode

There is no crack or administrative crack code to enter voicemail from the phone. The voicemail is similar to AUDIX whereby the voicemail password would have to be reset at the server (by customer care after verifying who you are), then programmed to the default password. You would then dial into the voicemail, enter the default, and the voicemail would prompt you to change the password to a more secure password before proceeding.
