Merchant11 stop being a idiot, in order to install packages from cydia you have to have a wifi connection or be using cyder which requires a internet connection.
AFC2add is not part of cydia, its a package you install via cydia and therefore requires net connection.
Either way this way still requires you use another programme to get it running so basically there is no logic to it as you may as well just patch using cydia while your connected to cydia.

In future stop the lies because it confuses and misleads people with fake information.

You can keep your 5 pieces of a 2mb app and I'll keep the File Share site points you try to scrounge out of each D/L.
