Breaking the Boundaries

Hi folks. I have a nice leather case i used for N73, but its built-it magnet freaks out my N95 (locks/unlocks/rotates display). i ordered and waiting for Nokia CP-69 case (which is 2 weeks backordered anyway). what i'm trying to figure out from descriptions (search averywhere) what locking mechanism does it have (magnet plate, magnet button, velcro, etc.) and how does the back side look? it it clip, hooks ets? how secure it on a belt? could you either describe it well or post a picture of the back side.
also if anyone using it with N95? it it's a magnet based -- will it freak N95's display out? is the closed flap secure?
