Many of the above posts are right on target, but let me add. Just because you find many women "ugly" doesn't mean they are. Hear me out. Ugly women tend to have better personalities, be better in bed, and be better in the long run because they actually have to WORK for attention. Pretty girls have it handed to them on a silver platter when they are younger, and it usually is for the worse. This is not true in all cases, but in my experience, and those of my friends, this seems to be pretty true a lot. When you get into your 30's you may realize those "Ugly" girls were in no way ugly, just your perceptions at the time were so screwed up by hormones and the media you didn't realize it. Ugly can be beautiful.
 
I found out the through the obstacles ive been through in life, that nothing really matters. Keep that in mind and you'll get what ever you want.
 
I really don't precieve many of them as ugly, just no one I really like. Yes looks do matter but that's not what makes me attracted to them, they have to be nice and intelligent at least. But I find that the smart girls in my school are too buried in books and trying to be perfect and most of the others are total bitches so it's really annoying. I really haven't had much time to try these Ideas of yours of late but I'll try starting next week if I have time. (Just got a Seminar project, combined with Kenpo, and trying to start a club in school I'm going to be busy.)
 
Just got rejected the hard way. She told me she liked me, then didn't.

Anyways I'm happier that it happened. Not asking is basically you rejecting yourself. Go for it.
