Cover fx natural fx water based or Bare Escentuals matte foundation?

I have oily acne prone skin with scarring. Im doing chemical peels as recommended by my dermatologist for the scarring and to hopefully reduce break outs. Im currently using the original foundation from bare escentuals and is good but leaves my skin more greasy and oily than my skin already is. I know the matte foundation is supposed to be for oily skin but I heard that it caused some people to break out. Anyone with bad experiences?? I have also been recommended the cover fx water based foundation which is oil free and noncomodegenic. Has anyone broke out from using this??
